Ive never written an endorsement for a business or person before but Peter gets my wholehearted endorsement. I really cant thank him enouph for all he did for us. From start to finish he put in the work and overtime. He helped my family and kids slowly feel happy about the change. He took into account our financial goals and helped me look at our home purchase as an investment. He then negotiated one heck of a deal for us, Peter also negotiate our interest rate down with out being asked and even helped us find a few friends in a new city. My husband and I relocated to Tucson from Chicago. During an initial visit to Tucson we saw several Peter Saavedra signs on homes in an area that appealed to us. We placed a call which was answered by Peter. He told us that he would meet us at the home in 10 minutes — he made it in 8 minutes. He refered us to a friend of his in Chicago in order to help us sell our home. The agent sold our home there in 4 days. We immediately contacted Peter and made arrangements to meet. During a 3-week period we communicated with Peter via email so by the time we met with him again, he had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. We previewed 7 homes and we purchased the first home that he showed us. Peter asked us the right questions, listened to what we wanted and found it for us. We would never consider using another Real Estate Agent or Company when we move again.
